CAR & MOTOR SCOOTER HIRE
We are able to provide you with an on-site rental car service of quality vehicles through Akitua Rentals here at The Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa, or arrange off-site vehicle hire for you. You will require a Cook Islands Drivers License which you can obtain prior to hiring your vehicle from the local police station at Arutanga upon presentation of your current drivers license; the fee for this service is NZ$10.
CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is 2pm. Should your flight arrive earlier than this, please inquire about our Early Check-in service which is available for NZ$15 per hour, subject to availability.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is 10am. For porter service, please contact Front Desk. We also offer a Late Check Out service (subject to availability) for NZ$95 until 2pm, and $15 per hour thereafter.
CREDIT CARDS
The Resort accepts all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. Regrettably we are unable to provide a cash advance service on credit cards at the Resort, however the local banks are able to assist you with this service.
COTS
If you are travelling with a baby, we are able to offer you a complimentary cot / crib. Please contact Front Desk on ext. “0” for assistance.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
The Resort Front Desk can exchange your travellers cheques and / or foreign currency, to a limit of NZ$100. The local banks can assist you with amounts exceeding NZ$100.
