CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – 20 July 2023

We are thrilled to announce that we have completed a new major guest facility at Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort.
This facility includes many new guest amenities such as:
Grand Lobby & Reception including:
Guest Lounge
Gift Shop
Luggage Room
Day Room
Two Restaurants with a central Buffet Island and swimming pools:
Beachfront Infinity Pool with spectacular views across the Lagoon to Maunga Pu, the highest point on Aitutaki
Pacific Ocean Pool with expansive views to the vast Pacific Ocean surrounded by our beautiful “Tear Drop” day beds and sun loungers
Spa Polynesia with two spa treatment rooms with ensuite facilities as well as a couples spa treatment room
Activities Hut including:
An intimate “Couples Gym” for up to two guests to keep fit on holiday
Games Room with pool, table tennis and board Games
Activities Hut as the central location for the daily Activities Programme and complimentary Activities equipment
Our goal has been to maximize the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Aitutaki Lagoon to provide our guests with a truly unforgettable experience.
We are also delighted to announce that construction has commenced on two Beachfront Infinity Pool Villas which are scheduled for our first guests on 1 October 2023.
Please note that any changes to this schedule will be promptly posted on our website. We understand that construction can be disruptive, which is why we have taken extensive measures to reduce noise and disturbances to our guests. The construction is taking place in a location that is separate from the great majority of our other bungalows.
If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. If any of our guests would like to cancel or reschedule their stay to a time when the construction is completed, we will waive all cancellation fees.
We are excited about these new additions to our resort and look forward to providing our guests with a much enhanced, private island resort experience.

COVID-19 POLICY
The Cook Islands Government currently has no COVID-19 restrictions for visitors entering the Cook Islands. However, as a responsible visitor, we do ask that guests complete a COVID-19 test before coming to the Cook Islands.
If you test positive for COVID-19 we would ask that you reschedule your visit. For guests that start to show COVID-19 symptoms after arriving in the Cook Islands, we provide COVID-19 RAT tests at Reception.
We ask that any guests that do test positive for COVID-19 to let us know via Reception, self isolate in their rooms, to wear a face mask and maintain a two metre distance from others when out of the room , order room service for meals and vacate their room for housekeeping service.
